Who We Are
Mission: To promote positive growth for the enhancement of our community.
The Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, Cherokee Industrial Corporation, and Cherokee Area Economic Development Corporation work together to recruit and retain business and strengthen the economy of our community.
In 2015, the Cherokee Industrial Corporation remodeled the building located at 201 West Main Street in Cherokee. The goal was to bring our three separate organizations under one roof to better serve the business needs of our community. You can find us in the heart of downtown Cherokee.
What We Do
Services that the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce provides include:
- Business advocacy and support for local businesses, including networking and professional development
- Organization of community events to promote local culture and economic activity
- Tourism promotion to highlight attractions, events, and businesses in the Cherokee area
- Assistance with business growth, development, and investment opportunities
- Resources and information for business owners, residents, and visitors
