The COAD Executive Board is made up of 4 members of the community who have rallied together to form an organization that can meet certain needs within Shelby County.
What We Do
The SCI-COAD is an entity that is ready to organize and equip individuals, agencies and organizations in our communities who can and will respond to all phases of disaster.
