What We
Do
Gentiva Hospice provides compassionate, patient‑centered care for
individuals facing life‑limiting illnesses. Our interdisciplinary team—made up
of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, physicians, and volunteers—works
together to bring comfort, dignity, and support to both patients and their
families. Care focuses on managing physical symptoms, addressing emotional and
spiritual needs, and ensuring every patient is treated with respect and grace.
