Mission: To eliminate poverty, provides direct support and service to children, adolescents, adults, aging adults, and families to help them reach their highest potential in regard to their personal and economic self-sufficiency.
New Opportunities Mentoring Programs in Carroll, IA, aim to make a positive impact on the lives of young people by connecting them with caring, responsible adult mentors. These programs provide youth with the guidance and support they need to navigate personal, academic, and social challenges. By fostering strong, trust-based relationships, mentors serve as role models who inspire their mentees to reach their full potential. The program focuses on creating lasting, positive change through mentorship, helping at-risk youth build self-esteem, develop life skills, and achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment.
What We Do
Services and programming by New Opportunities Mentoring include:
- One-on-one mentoring for youth in need of guidance and support
