Help carry & grow the Humanitarian mission of the American Red Cross in Iowa!
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with Volunteer Services to recruit current volunteers for new opportunities and leadership positions
- Equips departments with tools they need to make a pitch for volunteering when they are out in the community talking about the Red Cross
- Manages research, planning and execution of recruitment events
Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of the American Red Cross and its opportunities for volunteer service.
- Enthusiastic about Red Cross mission and programs.
- Comfortable speaking to both large and small groups
Time Commitment:
• Variable; preferred commitment: 10-15 hours per month
