The Cherokee Regional Medical Center Auxiliary is a group of volunteers who dedicate their time and talents to enhance services and support the mission of Cherokee Regional Medical Center.

They have a long time tradition of providing aid and comfort to the patients of CRMC. Among the many services the Auxiliary provides are:

Annual Fundraisers $5 Masquerade Jewelry Sale, Collective Goods Sale, Linen Sale Quilting One handmade quilt is raffled off every year Knitting Each newborn baby is given a handmade cap before leaving the hospital To get started knitting or crocheting baby caps, please contact Judy Glienke-Miller at 712.229.0861 Scholarships Yearly scholarships to local graduating seniors pursuing a career in a health-related field Other special projects Cable television in each patient room All CRMC delivering mothers receive a hooded bath towel Cold Kits


The CRMC Quilters meet in room 233 at the hospital every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. This team of quilters provides hand-quilting services to the public. Area quilters are always welcome and can contact Annamarie Lickiss at 712.225.5259 for additional information.
