Connections Area Agency on Aging

Connections is the local Area Agency on Aging, serving 20 counties in western and southcentral Iowa. Service counties include: Adair, Adams, Cass, Cherokee, Clarke, Decatur, Fremont, Harrison, Ida, Mill, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Plymouth, Pottawattamie, Ringgold, Shelby, Taylor, Union and Woodbury.

Connections Area Agency on Aging, provides information supports and services to older adults and their family caregivers to help older adults thrive in the community of their choice with independence and dignity.
