Mission: To positively impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring.

TeamMates Mentoring is a program dedicated to providing positive, supportive mentorship to students across the Midwest. Founded by legendary football coach Tom Osborne and his wife, Nancy, TeamMates connects students with caring adult mentors who offer guidance, encouragement, and friendship. The program focuses on helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve academic success. Through weekly meetings, mentors provide a stable and encouraging presence, helping youth navigate personal challenges and work towards their goals. TeamMates Mentoring aims to empower young people to realize their full potential by fostering meaningful, long-term relationships that make a lasting impact.
