Apply now for training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). A CASA volunteer undergoes an interview with their local coordinator, as well as a background check before receiving 30 hours of training. Training is done in a blended approach of both virtual and in-person sessions.
Pre-service training for volunteers in the western region of the state is scheduled to begin Oct 7, however, applications and background checks must be completed before then. Apply now to begin the process because registration for training closes Sept. 30. Apply at casaiowa.org.
