The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain records, including filing and retrieving documents as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the organization runs smoothly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
