Back of House (BOH) Volunteers support the technical and operational side of theater productions. Their work happens behind the scenes and ensures that performances run safely, efficiently, and professionally. This role is ideal for people who enjoy hands‑on tasks, teamwork, and contributing to the magic of live performance from backstage or perhaps directing or starring in an acting role. This role at the Wilson can also include teaching students or classes, making costumes or snacks for performers and more.
